Single private plots through to small estates, delivered under one roof with principal contractor responsibility. Honeyman handles groundworks through to landscaped completion, with the same engineer on site at handover as quoted the job. Traditional masonry, timber frame and steel-frame builds all sit inside our remit.
Scope scales with the project, but these four areas are the spine of any new build housing engagement with Honeyman.
Trial holes, foundations, drainage and ground bearing assessed and dimensioned before the slab goes down. SuDS, attenuation crates and rainwater management priced at fixed-quote stage.
Cavity masonry, SIPS, timber-frame or steel-frame to the engineer's spec. Roof carpentry, breathable membrane, tile or slate finish, all carried in-house with one programme.
Joinery, plumbing, electrics and the second-fix trades that decide whether the build feels properly finished or rushed at handover.
NHBC, LABC or Premier Guarantee warranties co-ordinated alongside building control sign-off, with all certificates handed over to the client on completion day.
From single private plots to small estates of up to six units. Most of our new-build work falls in the £350K to £1.5M build value range. Larger schemes are taken on a partnership or principal-contractor basis with the developer.

Honeyman covers Rochdale, Greater Manchester and the South Pennines as a matter of course. Travel beyond on negotiation.
A quick chat is usually enough to establish whether your project is a good fit for Honeyman. Drawings, sketches or a postcode all welcome.
